Dr. Bryan Hansen
Chiropractic Physician, Owner
Dr. Hansen completed a four-year chiropractic program in only three years, earning his doctorate at Western States Chiropractic College. He graduated with honors in 2003, serving as class valedictorian. Before receiving his doctorate, Dr. Hansen pursued a career in space-defense engineering in Southern California, earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada in Reno.
Opening his chiropractic practice in 2004, he soon met patients who had tried every type of treatment, including surgery, without relief from neck and back pain. After months of research, he and his staff began in 2008 to treat patients with a comprehensive spinal decompression treatment package. His unprecedented success in treating patients with disc herniations, bulges, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and stenosis led him to establish ProSpinal Inc., in 2011.
Dr. Hansen, combines extensive expertise in chiropractic services and years of experience in spinal care to provide trusted, effective solutions for back and neck pain relief.

Dr. Ryon Hurley
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Hurley, a Reno native and Damonte Ranch High School graduate, is proud to return home to serve his community. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, where he played collegiate football, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis.
He is certified in Active Release Technique (full body), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Dry Needling, and continues advanced training in rehabilitation, adjusting techniques, extremity care, pregnancy, and pediatrics.
Drawing from his own sports injury experience, Dr. Hurley takes a hands-on, movement-based, and evidence-driven approach. While chiropractic manipulation is central to his care, he emphasizes a whole-body perspective, with particular interest in overlooked extremity conditions. He enjoys helping active adults, youth athletes, and patients who haven’t found success elsewhere.
Outside the office, he spends time with his wife Katrina and their two dogs, Scout and Tucker, enjoying hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and pickleball. He is honored to serve the Northern Nevada community.
